Where ShipFast is stronger
A large community. All-in includes ShipFast's Discord, which its site puts at 5,000+ makers, and the Leaderboards, which rank customers' startups by revenue verified with Stripe and show them to the founders who visit. The home page counts 8,437 makers, with testimonials going back to 2023. shipanysaas is new: it has no community or list of launches to point to yet.
One app with fewer moving parts. ShipFast is a single Next.js project. Its docs show pages in /app, components, helpers in /libs and one config.js that configures the whole app. You choose JavaScript or TypeScript, the App Router or the Pages Router, and MongoDB or Supabase. shipanysaas is a monorepo with the web app, shared packages and, with All-in, the phone app, so there is more code to find your way around, even when your agent does the reading.
Extras for founders. All-in comes with $1,210 of partner discounts, mostly on marketing tools, and a bundle adds the CodeFast course. The kit has landing page sections you can copy, such as a pricing section, an FAQ and testimonials, plus prompts for writing your terms and privacy policy.
Where shipanysaas is different
A phone app on the same backend. All-in adds an Expo app for iPhone, iPad and Android. It signs in to the same Supabase project as the web app, with the same accounts, teams and plan. ShipFast doesn't list a mobile app.
Teams and an admin panel. Personal and team accounts, roles and permissions, and email invitations are built, and so is a super-admin panel that requires two-step sign-in. ShipFast doesn't list teams, roles or an admin panel, so a product that sells to companies would start by building them.
Data isolation you can test. Row-level security is on for every table. The kit ships 23 database test files, and most of them sign in as other users and try to reach their data. ShipFast doesn't list tests.
Set up for coding agents. ShipFast's FAQ says its complete codebase gives an AI editor such as Cursor or Copilot the context to build features. shipanysaas adds written instructions on top: AGENTS.md at the root and in the main apps and packages, setup for 10 named agents, up to 49 ready-made skills, and up to 17 written fixes for setup errors that agents are told to check before guessing.

Both kits are a single payment with no subscription, and both licences cover unlimited projects. Current prices are in the table above. With ShipFast, lifetime updates, the Discord and the discounts come with All-in and the bundle; Starter leaves them out. shipanysaas plans differ by platform: Starter is the web app, and All-in adds the phone app.
